京都の四季おすすめ観光旅行（Four seasons in KYOTO）

桜を愛でながら、大沢の池を一周する散策の風景です。
大覚寺ＨＰによると、
「周囲約１kmの日本最古の人工の林泉（林や泉水などのある庭園）。中国の洞庭湖を模して造られたところから、庭湖とも呼ばれる。」
と書かれています。

This pond seemed to be made in imitation of Chinese DouteiLake

2011年4月13日の京都嵯峨野大覚寺の満開の桜の様子を順番に紹介します。

縁側からの大沢の池の満開の桜の眺望を満喫できた　本堂からの戻りです。
この日は、勅使門前のしだれ桜も満開でした。
Weeping cherry trees in front of Chokushi-mon Gate were in full blossom on that day.

2011年4月13日の京都嵯峨野大覚寺の満開の桜の様子を順番に紹介します。

五大堂（本堂）から大沢の池に向かって張り出したぬれ縁です。
この日は快晴で、池の周囲の桜を一望のもとに見渡せました。

大覚寺ＨＰによると、
「大覚寺の本堂。大沢池のほとりに位置し、池に張り出すように広いぬれ縁があり、大沢池の眺望がすばらしい。 」
と書かれています。
It is the main hall of a Buddhist temple of Daikaku-ji Temple. The main hall of a Buddhist temple is located in the bank of the Osawa Pond, and there is a wide bench to project into the pond.
A view of the Osawa Pond is splendid.
